Presence Immersion

A private immersion into presence, attunement, and embodied awareness.

A private immersion into presence, attunement, and embodied awareness.
Some things cannot be hurried.
Presence is one of them.
Presence Immersion is an extended, participatory experience for those who feel called to spend several uninterrupted hours meeting themselves more deeply.
It is not simply a longer energy session.
It is a spacious container in which we move between conversation and silence, awareness and surrender, participation and receiving — allowing enough time for the momentum of ordinary life to soften and something quieter to become perceptible.
We begin gently.
Tea. Conversation. Breath. Stillness.
There is time to arrive before anything is asked of you.
From there, our time unfolds responsively.
Through guided breath, somatic awareness, relational presence, meditation, intuitive conversation, and gentle embodiment practices, you are supported in becoming more attentive to your body, your sensations, and the subtle signals moving within your experience.

There may be moments of dialogue.
Moments of exploration.
Moments when very little happens at all.
You are not being led somewhere.
You are being supported in noticing what is already here.
As the experience deepens, we move from active participation into receiving.
A restorative period of recalibration is woven into our time together, much of it received lying down. Through subtle attunement, intuitive touch, energetic awareness, and grounded presence, the body is given an opportunity to soften out of effort and into deeper rest.
Nothing needs to be accomplished here.

There is no breakthrough to manufacture and no particular experience to chase.
When the table work comes to completion, we don’t immediately return to the outside world.
There is time to remain with yourself.
To drink tea.
To journal.
To speak.
To move.
To breathe.
Or simply to be quiet.

Integration is part of the experience itself, allowing whatever has been noticed, felt, softened, or remembered to find its way gently into the body before you return to your day.
Occasionally, when it feels appropriate within the relationship and the container, an invitation may arise to explore cannabis as an intentional ally to embodied awareness.
This is never an expectation, and it is never required for the experience to be complete.
In my own relationship with this plant, I have found that in small amounts it can sometimes heighten somatic awareness and make subtler sensations within the body easier to notice. When such an invitation arises, it is offered with care, discernment, and conversation. You remain entirely free to decline, and doing so never changes the depth of care or presence available to you.
The intention is not to pursue an altered state.
It is to become more intimate with what is already here.
Because presence does not always reveal itself through extraordinary experiences.
Sometimes it is discovered in the sensation of breath moving through the chest.
In the moment a guarded body realizes it can soften.
In being witnessed without needing to perform.
In allowing silence to remain silence.
In feeling yourself clearly enough to recognize what has been quietly asking for your attention.
This is not an invitation to transcend your humanity.
It is an invitation to inhabit it more fully.
You do not need to arrive knowing what you are looking for.
You do not need to arrive with something that needs fixing.
You need only arrive willing to meet yourself.
The rest we discover together.
